In April 1996, Plaintalk the RPCC's newsletter highlighted the Sherwin/Chase Neighbors.
A Block Club.
Surveyed members on their desires and needs for the community.
Organized a holiday party.
Developed a community walk program.
Met with representatives of a nursing home that was for sale to "assure that our expectation of a good neighbor is maintained."
Supported the Touhy Park clean-up.
