Phillipp, Elizabeth

17-year-old Elizabeth Phillipp (a.k.a. Phillippi, or Phillips), born in 1832, married 25-year-old Peter Schmidt, Jr. in 1849.

Elizabeth was the daughter of neighboring farmer Jacob Phillipp, who had emigrated seven years earlier in 1842.
